Lessons – Increasing Effectiveness

Many executives and managers are concerned with the effectiveness of new employees when first released from training. Despite onboarding training efforts, many newly hired and trained employees struggle after being released from training, increasing the risk of legal issues, client dissatisfaction, and missed revenue. Similarly, it is not uncommon for companies to find seasoned staff members not focused on best practices and techniques.

Lessons are audio recordings, slideshows, and videos that can be used as micro-learning lessons during the first weeks or months after an employee begins their job duties to help remind, reinforce, and build the critical knowledge needed to reduce risk and become effective more quickly. Regularly scheduling lessons for experienced employees will help them retain and build on the practices that increase revenue and avoid issues.

Use the lesson test feature to validate participation and learning. Test options include:

  • Passing Score

  • Number of Pass Attempts/Must Pass

  • Timed

  • Certificate of Achievement

Lesson content can include call recordings from company operations, internally developed videos or PowerPoint slideshows, or even external content played back using embed code from the hosting site.
