Using Audio Recordings in Continuous Training Questions

Many companies record phone calls, and it’s likely you have many recordings that can be used to demonstrate correct or incorrect call performance. You can insert a recording into a continuous training question and ask questions about the recording that the user must answer.

To do this, within the content editor, open the ‘Media Manager’:

There is a size limit to media files of 5 MB. To stay within this file size limitation, it is recommended that the recording to be uploaded be in mp3 format and be saved at 8000hz or 11,025hz quality. Select ‘Upload’, browse to select a file, and then click ‘Upload’. After uploading, highlight the uploaded file and click ‘Insert’ to place the recording into a continuous training question.
